This was our attempt for a Zagoruijko (almost!) when we noticed that there were very few with selfmate content. (Most had stalemate motive).

Interesting construction, but I'm sorry - where is the pinmate? We should a have a pinned white piece in mating position to speak about a pinmate.

I am sorry that the pinmate is not a main feature of the problem. It appears only in the side variation 1...Sd5 2.Sb6 Sxb6#.
