Beautiful problem showing white and black promotion and excellent motivation for bishop switchback! What is Parallel Excelsior?

Ram, I received the authors comment on macedonian, which has some similarity to bulgarian, so I translate it as I understand the comment. But now I realize that I make one mistake. I translate the macedonian "Usporen" as the bulgarian "Usporeden", which is "Parallel" in english (Which mean that both sides make parallel the Excelsior and the Switchback). But now I saw that "Usporen" mean "slow, delayed, slowly" (on english). So the author do not use it as a Parralel Excelsior and Switchback, but as a Slowly Excelsior...
It's now corrected.

Indeed it is slow. White has to lose a tempo and only the pawn could do it. Very nice!

This is a real find! The matrix in the a1 corner has been used many times, and the play normally starts c1S, Sb3, axb3 (and often leads to an AUW) but this R promotion combined with a slow Excelsior seems new.
