On my opinion, function permutation between BR/BB (hideaway/self-block) is a novel feature that gives reason to consider the problem original
Thanks Vitaly. Yes the function permutation is a distinct feature of this original differentiating it from the precedents.
You are right that no improvement is possible in this setting. What Manikumar and Bala have done is to add two more solutions to this to make it into a nice HOTF. I will publish it as a new original very soon.
