@Toshiji Kawagoe : Castling is common in problem chess, especially when fairy pieces and/or conditions are used. Several examples have been published and composers have achieved interesting effects. Conditions with castling capabilities for reborn pieces (circe, anticirce etc) are composers favorites! The goal here was to achieve as many castles as possible. Mr Sebastien Luce (http://luceechecs.blogspot.gr/) is currently writting an article about chess problems and castles and he really appreciate any originals on the subject.

It is fantastic that both side castling appear in one solution! Is this the first one which achieves such a task? Or, we can find another example with different condition other than Circe Kamikaze?

Yes, the capturing piece also vanishes if its rebirth square is occupied. This is one detail that separates Kamikaze-Circe from AntiCirce, where rebirth is mandatory. Another detail is the fact that Kamikaze-Circe is Rex Exclusive: capturing kings are not reborn. Therefore, Black can't play Kxb7(Ke8) in the second solution of 576.1.
